Over the past eight years, Silvia has worked in partnership with Kenneth Ross in K. Ross Architect & Associate. Mr. Ross opened his offices in 1967, providing Architectural Services in NYC to the present time. Mr. Ross is a successful and respected Architectural Professional that has accomplished a variety of projects through the years.
A Licensed Architect in the New York and the New Jersey States, Ms. Schlaen is also a member of AIA and NCARB. Her firm is registered as a DOB Agency for special inspections, as it is required since year 2013.
Ms. Schlaen, a resident of New York City since 2000, learned about the different construction systems used for high rise buildings through different periods and about the typical requirements for interior restoration projects through her employment with two architectural firms.
